Job Responsibilities: Für unseren Standort in Heilbad Heiligenstadt suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort einen Einrichter (m/w/x) im Bereich Warmumformung. Am Standort in Heilbad Heiligenstadt liegt das Kerngeschäft im Zieh-, Press- und Stanzbereich sowie in der Fertigung von Schweißbaugruppen für die Automobilindustrie. Mehr als 300 Mitarbeitende setzen sich für unsere Kunden ein. Was du bei uns bewegst: Du übernimmst die Bedienung und Einrichtung von Warmformanlagen . Du führst Erstteil- und Leitztteilfreigaben durch. Du prüfst und stellst die Wirksamkeit der Schutzeinrichtungen von Presse, Werkzeug und Roboter sicher. Du bedienst den Brückenkran zum Handling von Werkzeugen bis zu einer Traglast von 40t. Du analysierst Fehler an Anlagen und Werkzeugen und behebst Störungen. Du übernimmst Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie die Einarbeitung von Neuprojekten oder Werkzeugverlagerungen . Du planst das Anlagen- und Werkzeug-Setup und setzt dieses um. Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei Optimierungsaufgaben . Was uns überzeugt: Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallfacharbeiter (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d). Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen im Produktionsumfeld sammeln, speziell in der Handhabung von Hydrauliksystemen und Robotik . Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis mit.
