Für das Ausbildungsjahr 2026  suchen wir für unseren Standort in Heilbad Heiligenstadt mehrere Auszubildende für die  Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/x) mit dem Schwerpunkt Metall- und Kunststofftechnik . Die Ausbildung startet zum 01.08.2026. Wie wir deine Ausbildung gestalten: Während deiner zweijährigen Ausbildung lernst Du wie Maschinen und Anlagen eingerichtet, bedient und umgerüstet werden. Du übernimmst – nach der Einführung durch unsere Experten – erste Aufgaben eigenständig und unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses. Du bereitest Arbeitsabläufe vor und führst qualitätssichernde Maßnahmen durch. Du ermittelst Störungsursachen und behebst kleinere Störungen. Die betriebliche Ausbildung wird durch den Berufsschulunterricht an der Staatlichen Berufsbildenden Schule in Leinefelde-Worbis ergänzt. Was uns überzeugt: Du hast einen guten Haupt- oder Realschulabschluss. Du interessierst dich für den Umgang mit moderner Technik und Maschinen. Du bist zuverlässig und flexibel.
