Job Responsibilities: Das Besondere an dieser Position Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung eines wirkungsvollen und transparenten Controllingsystems In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling Manager erarbeiten Sie Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und US-GAAP Analyse von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsalternativen Kalkulation unserer Produkte Aufbereitung des Werks- und Managementreportings Mitwirkung bei der Definition von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisoptimierung sowie Verfolgung der Maßnahmen Sie unterstützen bei der operativen und strategischen Planung des Budgets sowie der Erstellung von Forecasts Aktiv arbeiten Sie bei der Liquiditätssteuerung mit Sie fungieren für das Werk Schwäbisch Gmünd als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zu allen Schnittstellen Ihre bevorzugten Qualifikationen Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling erste Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich Controlling ist wünschenswert Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte strategische und konzeptionelle Kompetenzen aus Ihre Persönlichkeit wird durch ein empathisches Auftreten unterstrichen Sie besitzen ein sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenverständnis sowie gründliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise In Situationen mit hohem Arbeitsaufkommen behalten Sie einen kühlen Kopf, denken unternehmerisch und sind dazu absolut teamfähig Sie sind äußerst motiviert und engagiert Aufgaben mit Freude umzusetzen Sie verfügen über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office sowie SAP-Kenntnisse Die deutsche Sprache beherrschen Sie sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich Wir bieten Ihnen Ein umfangreiches Einschulungsprogramm bei dem Sie unsere Produkte, Aufgaben und Prozesse kennenlernen Ein vielseitiges und interessantes Aufgabenfeld, in dem Sie, nach einer umfangreichen Einarbeitung, schnell eigenverantwortlich arbeiten Die Job-Perspektiven eines erfolgreichen internationalen Konzerns Ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima in einem engagierten Team Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
