Job Responsibilities: Membre actif du service industrialisation, vous serez amené(e) à prendre en main le parc machine et les systèmes robotisés et automatisés du site. Gestion du parc existant : Assure au quotidien le bon fonctionnement des installations de production Maintient et améliore les processus robotisés de primairisation et de collage Fiabilise et optimise l'application de primaire (programmation des trajectoires et épaisseurs de primaire) Etre force de proposition concernant les améliorations des moyens et procédés existants Participe aux méthodes de résolution de problèmes (par exemple 8D) en lien avec les équipes Qualité et Industrialisation Créé et maintient la documentation technique nécessaires à l'utilisation, à la maintenance et au dépannage des installations robotiques Forme le personnel de maintenance aux interventions d'urgence sur les robots Supporte l'équipe maintenance en cas de panne complexe et/ou longue Industrialisation de nouveaux produits / process : Participe à la conception, la mise au point et la mise en service des équipements ou moyens de fabrication robotisés nécessaires à la production de nouveaux produits Participe à l'élaboration des AMDECs Process en lien avec le service Industrialisation Elaborer les comparaisons techniques afin d’aider l’équipe projet et le service achat au choix du fournisseur ou sous-traitant Etre garant de l’utilisation correcte du moyen ou de l’équipement robotique, notamment en termes de sécurité et environnement Participe à l'élaboration de tous les documents relatifs à l’utilisation des moyens ou équipements robotiques afin de produire des pièces en phase de lancement ou série (instructions de travail, dossier de maintenance de premier niveau des équipements, paramètres process ...) Profil recherché : Niveau Bac +2 (BTS ou DUT de type industriel, mécanique), ou expérience significative dans ce domaine Technicien confirmé par une pratique professionnelle d’au moins 2 ans Connaissances en programmation des robots FANUC, UNIVERSAL, STAUBLI et SEPRO Expérience en maintenance appréciée Connaissance de l’anglais vivement souhaitée Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
