Job Responsibilities: Vos missions: Au sein de l'équipe qualité, vos principales missions seront de participer activement à la réalisation des essais réalisés en développement et en série suivant les modes opératoires et les normes des mesures, ainsi que de vous assurer de la conformité des installations et équipements de mesures et essais Mesures et essais sur le site : Participer activement aux essais et mesures Élaborer les programmes de mesure tridimensionnelle et de mesure optique GOM Rédiger les rapports de mesure correspondants aux spécifications de contrôle faisant apparaître les conformités et défauts dimensionnels et assurer l’analyse des résultats Contrôler et vérifier la conformité dimensionnelle de diverses pièces (outils de contrôle, pièces prototypes, outils spéciaux) suivant les plans, dessins de pièces ou normes dans un délai spécifié. Réaliser les capabilités produit en phase projet Rédiger et mettre à jour les modes opératoires de mesure (JES…) Former les responsables d’ilot à l’utilisation de la GOM et des gabarits de contrôle. Participer au développement des gabarits de contrôle Suivi des équipements de contrôle de mesures et d’essais : Participer aux étalonnages et aux vérifications Vérifier les moyens de contrôle Réaliser les répétabilité et reproductibilité des moyens de contrôle Votre profil: Formation Bac +2, ou Bac +3, Mesures physiques ou expérience de 5 ans acquise par la pratique professionnelle Anglais écrit : niveau intermédiaire Connaissances approfondie des exigences liées au produit (Spécification d’essai, fréquence de test, fonctionnalité) Pratiques approfondies des équipements et instruments de mesure utilisés, y compris équipement mesures tridimensionnelles et de la mesure optique.
