Job Responsibilities: MAGNA AUTECA ist der Spezialist für Aktuatoren mit einer breiten Produktpalette an Kleinantrieben für den Fahrzeuginnen- und -außenraum: intelligente Antriebe für Klimaanlagen, Kurvenlicht, Außenspiegel oder im Bereich der Aerodynamik. Unter dem Begriff Smart-Aktuatorik werden Kleinantriebe für Automobilanwendungen bezeichnet, die sich aus einer Kombination von Motor, Leiterplatte, anwendungsspezifischer integrierter Schaltung sowie einem untersetzenden Getriebe zusammensetzen und in einem Kunststoffgehäuse verbaut sind. Maschineneinsteller_in für die Kunststoffspritzerei Dein Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich: Umrüstung von Spritzgießmaschinen Arbeiten mit Spritzgießmaschinen, Robotern und Peripheriegeräten Tägliche, wöchentliche und monatliche Wartung von Spritzgießmaschinen, Spritzgießwerkzeugen und Anlagen Vorbereitung des Rohmaterials Störungsbehebung an Maschinen und Anlagen Erfassung, Kennzeichnung und Rückmeldung von Produktionsmengen Durchführung von In-Prozess-Prüfungen Deine Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kunststofftechniker_in (von Vorteil) oder abgeschlosssene technische Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kunststoffspritzgießbereich von Vorteil Grundverständnis vom Aufbau eines Spritzwerkzeuges und dem Umgang mit diesem von Vorteil EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) Belastbar, selbständig, zuverlässig, flexibel Teamfähig, kontaktfreudig, konfliktfähig Unser Angebot: Arbeitszeit: 38,5h/Woche, Bereitschaft zum 3-Schicht-Betrieb (Montag-Freitag, 06:00-14:00 Uhr, 14:00-22:00 Uhr, 22:00-06:00 Uhr) Kollektivvertrag: Fahrzeugindustrie mit Gewinnbeteiligungsprogramm Arbeiten und Lernen in der absolut zukunftsweisenden Disziplin der Aktuatorik Ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bei einem „Global Player“ in der Automobilzulieferindustrie Bike-Leasing (firmenradl.at) Aller Anfang ist schwer, daher erwartet dich ein strukturierter Onboarding-Prozess mit Patensystem Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und ein wertschätzendes Miteinander in einem kollegialen, internationalen Umfeld sind uns wichtig und prägen unseren Arbeitsalltag Bei abgeschlossener, technischer Berufsausbildung bieten wir ein monatliches Minimum von € 2.890,09 brutto.
