Job Responsibilities: The Manager, Cyber Security & Information Governance is primarily responsible for assisting with the Information Security Risk and Compliance (ISRC) employees located in Bengaluru, India and supporting the governance function. This role requires a strong analytical skillset to work on the many ISRC mandates while interfacing with Magna’s global employees and business stakeholders to ensure consistency with the ISRC strategy, commitments, and goals. Your Responsibilities Assist with the following: Leading and/or managing ISRC employees in Bengaluru, India Records and Information Management (RIM) Information Technology (IT) and ISRC Policy Management Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Digital Identity and Access Management Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Software Asset Management (SAM) and Compliance IT and ISRC Risk Management Cybersecurity Compliance: Cloud Security Reviews (3rd Party Audits) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Information Security Requirements (Cybersecurity) Information Security Audits (Third Level Support) Information Security Standards (Regulations like TISAX, Laws, ISO, etc.) Technical assistance to support internal stakeholders Enhance global awareness of information security compliance requirements Liaison between the Cybersecurity Governance tower and all stakeholders Assist with the annual controls, requirements, and tasks library updates in GRC Assist with training employees Working knowledge of Magna IT information systems Provide information security classification direction and execution Assist with Information Governance initiatives Assist with answering questions for the Information Governance team Who we are looking for IT degree or similar preferred, either at bachelor’s or master’s level Minimum ten (10) years related work experience preferred Professional certifications in information security or IT preferred Knowledgeable about decentralized organizational structures Familiar with ISO 27001/2, TISAX, NIST, COBIT standards Strong customer service experience Your preferred qualifications Advanced Information Security and IT skills Application development experience Compliance and Governance experience preferred Experience working with global teams What we offer At Magna, you can expect an engaging and dynamic environment where you can help to develop industry-leading automotive technologies.
