Job Responsibilities: Key Qualifications & Requirements: Previous experience in metal finishing, die build, or surface quality processes is desirable. Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret work instructions to ensure process accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven record of reliability, attendance, and good timekeeping. Ability to work on own initiative while supporting team objectives. Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed. Additional Information: Full-time, permanent position with opportunities for advancement. This post may require rotation shifts, evening shifts and weekends shifts.
