Job Responsibilities: Über die Rolle Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Disponenten (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Neuenstadt am Kocher. Deine Aufgaben Strategische Koordination der Materialanlieferungekette  Sicherstellung der mengen- und termingerechten Disposition der zu verantwortenden Baugruppen  Engpassmanagement entlang der Supply Chain bei Versorungsengpässen  Durchführung von regelmäßigen Cycle Counts sowie Teilnahme an Inventuren Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Planung- und Steuerungstools für die Logistik Lieferantenmanagement und -entwicklung  SAP Key User Wonach wir suchen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen/betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Disposition Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen Gute Kenntnisse in SAP u.a. im Bereich Materials Management Selbständige Arbeitsweise Sinnvolle Prioritätensetzung Ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen Teamfähigkeit Hohe Belastbarkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe Standort Benefits Ein international ausgerichteter Arbeitsplatz Die Möglichkeit an dem Aufbau unseres neuen Standortes mitzuwirken Diverse Zusatz- und Sozialleistungen, wie betriebliche Altersvorsorge, vermögenswirksame Leistungen, Kindergartenzuschuss und Urlaubsgeld Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
