Job Responsibilities: 岗位需求： 1.大学本科以上学历，工程或机械专业背景，3年以上汽车零部件质量管理经验 2.良好的运用质量工具，例如：8D，PPAP，SPC，MSA等 3.良好的分析和问题解决能力，客户和内部制程质量管理经验 4.能够承受工作的压力者 5.对结果与目标高度明确，高度关注细节，预防问题，快速反应   工作内容：  1.处理客户抱怨，制定纠正措施，根本原因分析和纠正措施的验证 2.关注客户对质量的要求，以积极配合客户的期望 3.根据质量控制和客户要求,准备和更新质量文件 4.监控产品质量绩效，领导小组解决质量问题，纠正和预防措施的落实验证  5.分析质量数据（PPM和过程能力等）以建立必要的持续改进  6.培训QC人员和支持培训质量技术员   Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
