Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Design and simulate headlamp modules based on imaging optics using advanced simulation, analytical, and CAD tools. Analyze and optimize optical performance to ensure compliance with defined headlamp specifications and functional efficiency. Oversee lighting-related topics throughout the product development lifecycle, from prototyping to industrialization and final production. Collaborate and coordinate with internal project teams, customers, and suppliers on all lighting-related matters to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Required Qualifications: Minimum of five years of professional experience as an optical engineer within the automotive lighting industry, with a primary focus on imaging optics. A university degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline (e.g., optics, physics, mathematics). In-depth technical knowledge of current trends and technologies in automotive headlamp systems. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively in English in a professional, international environment.
