Job Responsibilities: Perfil • Carrera en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o areas a fines. • + 4 años de experiencia en un rol similar. • Experiencia en organizaciones multinacionales, preferentemente en la industria automotriz. • Conocimiento sólido en procesos financieros transaccionales de Cuentas por Pagar, Contabilidad y/o Cuentas por Cobrar. • Experiencia previa en “Shared Services”, deseable. • Conocimiento de principios contables generales y controles SOX. • Experiencia en SAP FICO, portales bancarios y portales de clientes. • Dominio avanzado de MS Excel, Word y PowerPoint. • Nivel avanzado de inglés. • Alta atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con fechas límite. • Capacidad comprobada para generar resultados en entornos dinámicos. • Actitud de servicio, enfoque al cliente y al detalle, sentido de urgencia. • Proactiva, capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. • Certificación o formación en mejora continua o “Lean Six Sigma” es un plus. Actividades • Procesar, validar y revisar facturas de proveedores para asegurar su pago dentro del plazo establecido, garantizando precisión y cumplimiento de políticas. • Relación con proveedores. • Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas (GR-IR) y resolver discrepancias. • Conciliar estados de cuenta de proveedores. • Gestión de procesos Inter compañía. • Colaborar con proveedores para asegurar pagos oportunos. • Generar reportes financieros relacionados con cuentas por pagar. • Seguimiento de datos maestros, control y cumplimiento. • Asegurar el cierre contable mensual y la generación de reportes en tiempo. • Mantener comunicación continua con equipos financieros globales, asegurando alineación con políticas internas y estándares de reporte. • Participar en auditorías internas y externas. • Apoyar iniciativas de automatización de procesos y mejora continua.
