Job Responsibilities: Propósito Fundamental: Brindar apoyo administrativo, organizacional y de gestión al Director General y/o directivos, facilitando la coordinación de agendas, preparación de información estratégica y seguimiento a actividades clave que aseguren la eficiencia operativa de la Dirección y el cumplimiento de objetivos. Requisitos del Puesto: Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Administración, Relaciones Internacionales, Comunicación, Contabilidad o afín. Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puestos similares, preferentemente en entornos corporativos o industriales. Conocimientos Técnicos: Manejo avanzado de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Redacción ejecutiva de correos, minutas y oficios. Organización de agendas y eventos. Administración de archivos y seguimiento de tareas. Deseable manejo de sistemas ERP o herramientas de gestión (Workday, SAP, ONO, etc.). Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
