Job Responsibilities: The SAP PLM analyst position is responsible for providing global 2nd and 3rd level support to our global SAP PLM users. The SAP PLM analyst will work in a global environment and support the system with professional knowledge hand in hand with external partners and the magna internal team. In addition to various SAP PLM solutions, the support of an OpenText ECM solution will be one of the responsibilities. Major Responsibilities Deliver application support in 2nd and 3rd level within our internal ticket system Deliver application support in 2nd level for OpenText document management Support in SAP PLM rollouts Coordinate maintenance of the systems we provide to our customers Support in functional extensions (customizing, ABAP development etc.) Support in coordination and collaboration with external and internal consultants Implement solutions using customizing and ABAP programming Support of the user and authorization management Knowledge and Education Completion of community college diploma/certificate Computer Science or another technical related degree recommended Skills and Competencies General IT Knowledge (SW, HW, Networks) Good knowledge in SAP applications (MM, Basis, ABAP) Experience supporting any SAP Application Very good English knowledge in spoken and written Team spirit, good communication skills, high social competence and resilience High degree of personal responsibility, dedication & responsibility For male applicants: civilian or military service completed as far as possible Work Environment For dedicated and motivated employees, we offer an interesting and diversified job within a dynamic global team in a professional environment of a global acting business.
