Job Responsibilities: 岗位要求： 1.工程本科或以上学历，MBA优先 2.在汽车行业有3年以上相关经验,有一定的团队管理经验              3.理解与成本及质量控制相关的工程基本原则和知识               4.团队领导经验，良好的社交能力和谈判技巧               5.熟悉APQP/TS16949体系               6.良好的口头，书面沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言            7.注重细节，乐于提高自己，有较好的抗压能力     工作内容： 1.参与并支持业务发展部门获得新业务              2.在项目的各个阶段里，管理、监控和分析重要的任务，活动和成本              3.管理项目利润和成本，确保达成立项之初确定的目标              4.负责保持项目的时间节点，根据程序作出正确的决定，确定可行性和分析风险，记录并解决所有的问题              5.给小组的所有核心人员指引方向              6.推动公司内各部门，与客户以及供应商之间的沟通              7.每个月向管理层汇报项目的各方面进展，包括设计到成本所有的问题              8.按照PDP的要求，完成各项任务              9.直接与客户沟通并协调与OEM相关的所有商务问题              10.通过一对一、绩效评估及团队会议，定期对团队成员提供指导、建议及反馈              11.协助首席项目经理完成项目管理门的各项活动              12.应公司要求履行其他相关职责 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
