Sie gestalten Prozesse aktiv mit und führen Ihr Team mit Engagement und Weitblick. Ihre Tätigkeiten im Überblick: Gesamtverantwortung für die zugeordneten Produktionsbereiche Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung Aufbau und Führung eines motivierten Teams Personalplanung, -einsatz und -entwicklung Verantwortung für Kostenstellen und Budget Investitionsplanung für Maschinen und Anlagen Analyse von Ausschuss- und Nacharbeitsursachen inkl. Maßnahmenableitung Reklamationsbearbeitung und Einleitung von Abstellmaßnahmen Marktbeobachtung zu Fertigungstechnik und Trends Steuerung von Aufträgen, Kommissionierung, Montage und Instandhaltung Sicherstellung der JIT/JIS-Anlieferung Koordination von Neuanläufen und Workshops zur Prozess- und Qualitätsoptimierung Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, FMEA, PLP und Prozessbeschreibungen Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Audits (z. B.
