Job Responsibilities: Objetivo del Puesto   Administrar la base Proveedores Mexicanos que envían material utilizado en la operación, asegurando que envíen material que cumpla los estándares de calidad y de acuerdo con las cantidades contratadas.  Perfil del puesto   Escolaridad   Ingeniero en materiales o metalúrgico, ingeniero mecánico, Ingeniero Industrial o afín.  Experiencia Requerida   3 años de experiencia mínimo Calidad Proveedores   Calidad Procesos forja, maquinados, metalúrgico  Ingeniería del producto mecánico  Ingeniería de Procesos, preferentemente forjas, maquinados, fundición, tratamientos térmicos Conocimientos Específicos   Conocimientos en Procesos de Manufactura Procesos de fundición, Forjado, maquinados, fabricación de acero y/o tratamientos térmicos.  Auditoria de Procesos VDA 6.3   Auditor líder de IATF 16949  Conocimiento básico en ensayos de dureza, pruebas no destructivas, sedimentos, soldadura.  Conocimientos demostrables en Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, AMEF, Plan de Control, SPC, GD&T y MSA).  Metodologías de Análisis de Causa Raíz (Shainin, 5 Whys, 8D, DOE, Fishbone).  Uso de Minitab o herramientas de análisis estadísticos.  Conocimientos de run at rates.  Conocimiento de básicos de procesos especiales CQI-9, CQI-15, CQI-27.   Conocimientos demostrables de Administración de Proyectos (Project Management) en el ambiente automotriz.  Conocimiento de herramientas de Excel, PowerBI, Project, Word, etc. Idiomas Inglés avanzado.  Alemán deseable.  Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
