Job Responsibilities: Vos principales responsabilités Planifier et organiser la production quotidienne en fonction des besoins du planning et des priorités établies. Encadrer, animer et fédérer les équipes de production (RI, RI+, opérateurs, pilotes de ligne) dans un esprit d’efficacité et de cohésion. Coordonner l’action des régleurs et techniciens de maintenance afin d’assurer la conformité des démarrages et la performance des lignes. Suivre en temps réel les indicateurs de production (TRS, qualité, rebuts, cadence) et mettre en œuvre les ajustements nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs. Identifier rapidement les dérives, analyser les causes des dysfonctionnements et proposer des actions correctives pertinentes. Garantir le respect des standards qualité, sécurité et environnement, et veiller à la bonne application des procédures internes. Assurer une communication fluide et régulière avec les services supports (Qualité, Maintenance, Logistique, Méthodes-Industrialisation). Accompagner l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, assurer leur formation au poste et contribuer à la montée en compétences des équipes. Participer activement aux démarches d’amélioration continue et à la prévention des risques QHSE sur le terrain. Être force de proposition dans l’organisation du travail et la résolution de problèmes opérationnels.
