Job Responsibilities: 【任职资格】 教育程度 ：大学本科及以上，大学英语四级或以上，机械制造或相关专业 工作经验 ： 机械类行业3年以上生产工作经验， 2年以上采购工作经验 专业 技能 要求 ： 机械制造、成本分析、相关法律知识、国内（外）贸易及物资采购管理知识 能力要求 ： 具备好的沟通技能，一定的财务分析能力，工作认真严谨细致，较强的团队合作与执行力 其他特殊要求 ： 无 * 如有相关工作经验或者 表现 优 异 ， 或应届毕业生表现优异者， 以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 【主要岗位职责】 1 ．建立 制度、流程与计划 1）根据公司未来5年采购规划、采购策略、部门年度业务重点，收集所属生产性物资零件类别采购信息提出零件类别物资采购策略建议，并参与拟定生产性物资有关采购管理制度和流程； 2）根据年度销售大纲，编制所属类别物资年度采购计划，并具体执行； 2． 采购寻源 1）基于分析结果提出生产性物资国产化建议，草拟整合、优化国内生产性物资供应商链的框架； 2）收集、整理与分析外部与内部生产性物资供货商信息，推荐并汇总潜在生产性物资所属类别供应商； 3）组织完成所负责类别的生产性物资供应商开发导入审批； 3 ． 价格谈判 ， 合同 签订执行 1）组织所负责类别的生产性物资新产品采购寻价、价格分析及价格谈判； 2）参与采购合同的商务洽谈，起草并确定所属生产性物资合同条款、价格及货款支付协议，监督合同执行； 4 ． 组织新品供应商选点、样件送样 1）编制发放供应商寻价函，收集供应商的RFQ； 2）完成新产品供应商选点、样件送样； 3）签订单独供货合同和下达物资采购订单； 5.  成 本 控制 1）组织供应商进行成本分析工作，关注原材料市场价格变化，不定期对所采购物资进行价格评估，探询成本降低的方法和手段； 2）按降成本目标分解到各供应商并组织实施； 6.建立并完善供应商数据库 1）建立并完善所属物资供应商数据库，数据库中包括现有供应商与潜在供应商的各类信息； 2）提出供应商评价、筛选、退出、监控、分类管理制度建议，对供应商实行分级管理； 3）对供应商进行风险识别和管理； 7. 供方管理 1）协助推动供应商产能管理； 2）支持协助协调解决供应商交付问题； 8 ． 遵守与执行体系要求 1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、产品质量、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求； 2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作； 3）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策； 4）负责供应方环保安全许可资质的审核，负责要求供应方提供符合安全要求的物资； 5）检查监督本部门员工严格执行安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故； 9 ．领导交办的其他业务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
