Job Responsibilities: Diese Position bezieht sich auf MAGNA Energy Storage Systems GmbH, einem Geschäftsbereich von Magna. Das Leistungsspektrum von MAGNA Energy Storage Systems umfasst die Entwicklung und Produktion von Tanksystemen und -komponenten für PKW, Hybrid-, Erdgas- und Wasserstofffahrzeuge und auch LKW. Mit unseren rund 1900 Mitarbeitern an 9 globalen Standorten beliefern wir die Premium-Automobilhersteller mit unseren innovativen Produkten. Für unseren Standort in  Kerpen  suchen wir  ab sofort  Sie als  Lean Management / Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/w/d) . Ihre Aufgaben Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung von Lean-Projekten Implementierung und Verbesserung des Magna-Produktionssystems (Mafact) Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Vorbereitung von Audits sowie Planung, Durchführung und Koordination interner Audits mit Lean-Management-Bezug Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen zu den Themen Lean Management, Problemlösungstechniken und dem Magna-Produktionssystem (Mafact) Prüfung interner Prozesse und bestehender Abläufe auf Optimierungspotentiale, Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen sowie kontinuierliche Überwachung der Wirksamkeit und des Korrekturbedarfs Aufbereitung und Analyse relevanter Daten und KPIs sowie Präsentation abgeleiteter Maßnahmenempfehlungen Koordination und Abwicklung des internen Vorschlagswesens Wissen und Ausbildung Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich oder Erfahrung in der Anwendung der Methoden aus Lean Management und Qualität sowie Projekt- und Problemlösungstechniken Idealerweise zertifizierte Lean-Ausbildung (z.B. Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt) Präsentationsfähigkeiten und erste Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Gute EDV-Kenntnisse Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
