Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息 岗位名称： 机加原材料供应工程师 所属部门： 计划物流部 汇报关系： 直接上级岗位：机加原材料供应主管                    直接下级岗位：/                         二、任职资格 教育程度 ：管理或工程类相关专业全日制统招本科及以上学历（含本科），CET4以上； 工作经验 ： 2年以上相关工作经验 专业 技能 要求 ： 熟悉机械制造行业特点并具有一定的物流管理知识 能力要求 ： 具有成本意识及系统思维，主动性强，善于沟通，有一定的抗压能力； 其他特殊要求 ： 1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策；               2）严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故；               3）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改；               4）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议。 * 如有相关工作经验或者 表现 优 异 ， 或应届毕业生表现优异者， 以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 物流 四、主要岗位职责 ．机加毛坯件需求计划管理及MRP参数优化 1）建立和维护分管供应商的交付联络窗口； 2）根据生产计划、售后需求、MRP参数及订货策略编制及下发毛坯件物料需求计划及预测； 3）优化MRP供货参数。 ．毛坯件交付及瓶颈件管理 1）根据工厂投料需求，跟进毛坯供应商按计划交付及实时跟进运输进展，提前识别零件风险并及时预警； 2）协调瓶颈件交付，参与瓶颈供应商的瓶颈管理及产能分配等。 3 ．财务结算事宜 供应商发票预制及结算跟进 4 ．供应商物流运营表现评价及MMOG/LE审核 1）每月对供应商进行物流运营表现评价，针对不达标项进行改进并持续跟踪； 2）规划供应商到货窗口并督促供应商按计划到货，推动供应商配合拉动生产； 3）督促供应商执行MPJ包装规范要求； 4）配合工程变更实施,协调供应商按MPJ计划切换并做好库存控制； 5）推进供应商JIT & VMI等精益物流的实施；MMOG/LE评估及改进 5. 库存管理 1）控制毛坯件到货并滚动更新库存预测，推动呆滞及过剩库存的处理等 6. 售后件审核 1）对售后件发货进行审单,在保证正常装机需求的情况下满足售后件需求 7 ．遵守与执行体系要求 1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 8 ．领导交办的其他任务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
