Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息 岗位名称： 物流规划工程师 所属部门： 计划物流部 汇报关系： 直接上级岗位：物流规划主管      直接下级岗位：无 二、任职资格 教育程度： 大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，物流、工程类相关专业 工作经验 ： 机械制造类企业物流规划相关工作经验2年以上 专业 技能 要求 ： 掌握制造企业物流技术知识，了解机械制造业工艺及制造相关知识，具有现代物流工程、物流管理方面知识，能熟练运用物流系统价值流分析等工具。 能力要求 ： 具备较强的工作主动性和协调、推进能力，善于沟通，工作严谨细致，较强的团队合作与执行力；较好的自我学习及逻辑思维能力，具备环境职业健康安全管理体系所需的相应能力。 其他特殊要求 ： 熟练操作Office办公软件、AutoCAD或Viso、物理仿真Flexsim等设计及分析软件； * 如有相关工作经验或者 表现 优 异 ， 或应届毕业生表现优异者， 以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 四、主要岗位职责 ．拟定公司物流发展规划和策略计划 1）根据公司商业计划和物流发展方向，提出公司物流发展规划设想，研究并制定物流发展策略计划。 ．新产品项厂内目物流规划 1）参与新产品项目组，根据项目投产要求和同步化物流要求，规划并组织实施厂内物流仓储布置、物流器具、路线等方案。 2）新项目物流布置及路线物流仿真模拟设计； 3）厂内物流器具、设施的方案制定和图纸设计 4）编制新产品项目物流预算。 同步物流 SMF 推进和 Mafact 精益物流改善活动开展制定 Mafact 物流支柱实施计划。 1）组织并指导同步化物流规划实施；跟踪SMF推进计划并提供技术支持，帮助指导工厂及部门内部开展精益物流改善活动 2）为工厂Mafact物流支柱相关工作提供指导，并跟进实施进展。 4 ．指导建立零件规划表 PFEP 1）指导及协助工厂建立PFEP并督促检查PFEP的实施进度。 5 ．物流信息系统规划 1）参与物流信息系统的规划并提出方案，协助物流信息系统的建立与实施。 6 ． 遵守与执行体系要求 1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、物流、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求。 2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作。 7 ．领导交办的其他业务 1）负责领导交办的其他临时性业务工作； Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
