Job Responsibilities: Propósito Fundamental del Puesto: Ejecutar operaciones en prensas transfer o tandem, asegurando la calidad del producto, el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y la eficiencia del proceso, mediante la correcta configuración de parámetros, seguimiento a instrucciones de trabajo, y solución de problemas técnicos básicos, fungiendo como referencia operativa para su equipo. Requisitos del Puesto: Escolaridad: Preparatoria concluida. Deseable técnico industrial. Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año operando prensas o en la inductria en un puesto similar (deseable experiencia en Magna o similar). Conocimientos Técnicos: Operación de prensas Defector de Calidad en piezas Clase A Seguridad industrial Lectura básica de planos o guías visuales Uso de vernier, calibradores y go/no-go Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
