Job Responsibilities: Aufgaben Planung und Organisation technischer Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Änderungen an bestehenden Werkzeugen sowie die Einführung neuer Werkzeuge. Prüfung von Anfragen des Programmmanagements, Sicherstellung vollständiger Informationen und Koordination mit Werkzeugingenieuren Leitung der Übergabe neuer Werkzeuge von externen Herstellern zur Implementierung in die Produktion. Teilnahme an Design-Reviews für Produkte und Werkzeuge, um die Einhaltung der Fertigungsanforderungen sicherzustellen. Dokumentation und Aktualisierung aller Projektaktivitäten und Verantwortlichkeiten, Pflege von Statusübersichten für die Geschäftseinheiten. Führung und Pflege von Kapazitätsaufzeichnungen sowie Steuerung des Prozesses für neue Investitionsgüter (Angebotseinholung, Auswahl, Umsetzung). Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern für spezifische Aufgaben und zur Förderung der beruflichen Weiterentwicklung. Unterstützung bei weiteren Projekten und Übernahme zusätzlicher Aufgaben nach Bedarf. Einführung neuer Projekte im Werkzeugbau, Betriebsmittel und CAD-relevanten Tätigkeiten. Planung von Änderungen und Optimierungen für Betriebsmittel in Abstimmung mit der Fertigungssteuerung. Aufbereitung von Projektplänen hinsichtlich Anzahl und Priorität, inklusive selbstständiger Aufwandsermittlung und Reporting. Definition, Verfolgung und Umsetzung von KVP-Maßnahmen im eigenen Bereich in Zusammenarbeit mit dem KVP-Team. Unterstützung bei Neuprojekten (Werkzeugplanung, Auslegung und Koordination). Voraussetzungen für die Position Abgeschlossene mindestens 3-jährige Berufsausbildung im technischen Fachbereich, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister oder Techniker. Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion im automobilen Umfeld. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in Tools wie CPMP und Erfahrungen mit AutoForm oder anderer Simulationssoftware. Hohes technisches Verständnis und sehr gute Problemlösungskompetenz. Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise. Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit.
