Job Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:   Repair & Service Equipment: Adjust, repair, and test manufacturing equipment using hand and power tools to keep operations running at peak performance. Troubleshoot & Modify Systems: Diagnose issues and make improvements to boost efficiency and reliability—your ideas matter here! Perform Preventive Maintenance: Use manual or computerized systems to track repairs, maintenance, and predictive measures to prevent downtime. Handle Robotics & Electrical Systems: Apply basic troubleshooting skills for robotics and electrical circuits to keep automation on track. Ensure Quality & Safety: Operate and test machines during non-production hours to guarantee quality output and compliance with safety standards. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with production teams and other associates to resolve issues quickly and effectively. POSITION REQUIREMENTS  ​PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  100% Standing, walking, and lifting Physically fit and able to lift 25 - 35 pounds Must stand 8+ hours a day EDUCATION:  Technical Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent automated manufacturing experience required Certificates or formal training with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Kuka, and/or Fanuc preferred WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:  3-4 years experience with robotics and automation in a manufacturing setting.
