Job Responsibilities: Plant Manager (m/w/d) Standort: Neuburg an der Donau Unternehmen: Magna Seating Solutions GmbH Start: Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Ihre Aufgaben Als Plant Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die gesamte operative Führung unseres Produktionsstandorts im Bereich Automotive-Sitzsysteme. Sie berichten direkt an den General Manager und stellen sicher, dass alle Unternehmensziele in Bezug auf Mitarbeiter, Kunden und Shareholder erreicht werden.+ Ihre Kernaufgaben: Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz durch regelmäßige Inspektionen, Sicherheitsgespräche und Unfallanalysen. Führung und Koordination der Bereiche Fertigung, Instandhaltung, Materialwirtschaft, Qualität und Engineering. Umsetzung und Überwachung von Kennzahlen (KOIs) zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung. Förderung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur gemäß Magna Employee Charter und Corporate Constitution. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanz-, Qualitäts- und Umweltplänen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Repräsentation des Werks gegenüber Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Standorten. Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen, Kostenstrukturen und Materialeinsatz. Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder. Personalführung inkl. Coaching, Training und jährlicher Leistungsbeurteilungen. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Master in Betriebswirtschaft bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (10–15 Jahre) in einem Automotive Tier-1 Umfeld. Ausgeprägte Leadership-Kompetenz und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätsmanagement und Produktionsoptimierung. Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen und Performance-Messung. Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
