Job Responsibilities: Über die Rolle Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Fertigungssteuerer (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Neuenstadt am Kocher. Deine Aufgaben Planung und Steuerung der Schaumproduktion PU Schäume Planung von Umrüstvorgängen und Koordination der Personaleinsatzplanung Beschaffung der Rohmaterialien zur Schaumproduktion (Drähte / Vliese / Schaum Chemie) Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit bei gleichzeitiger Optimierung der Anlagenauslastung Prüfung und Optimierung der Stückzahlerreichung Wonach wir suchen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen/betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung / Fertigungssteuerung Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen Gute IT Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP Erfahrung Hohes technisches Verständnis im Kunststofftechnik-Bereich Selbständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität Analytische Vorgehensweise und sinnvolle Prioritätensetzung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen Teamfähigkeit Hohe Belastbarkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe Standort Benefits Ein international ausgerichteter Arbeitsplatz Die Möglichkeit an dem Aufbau unseres neuen Standortes mitzuwirken Diverse Zusatz- und Sozialleistungen, wie betriebliche Altersvorsorge, vermögenswirksame Leistungen, Kindergartenzuschuss und Urlaubsgeld Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
