Job Responsibilities: Costing Specialist (m/w/d) Standort: Neuburg an der Donau Bereich: Costing Über uns: Als global agierender Automobilzulieferer entwickeln und produzieren wir hochwertige Komponenten für internationale OEMs. Mit einem starken Fokus auf Innovation, Kostenoptimierung und effiziente Lieferketten gestalten wir die Mobilität von morgen. Ihre Aufgaben:               Erstellung und Analyse von Kostenkalkulationen für Komponenten, Baugruppen und Werkzeuge gemäß Kundenanforderungen und Benchmarks Unterstützung des Controllings im Bereich Preismanagement, Investitionsprojekte und Change Management Aufbereitung von Cost-Breakdowns (Material, Fertigung, Logistik, Overheads) sowie Soll-Ist-Vergleiche Bewertung europäischer Lieferantenangebote und Ableitung von Kostentreibern, Einsparpotenzialen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten Unterstützung bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen durch belastbare Kostenmodelle Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Engineering, Einkauf, Qualität und Logistik in europäischen Projektteams Begleitung von Lieferantengesprächen und Verhandlungen als Kostenexperte Erstellung von Management-Reports, Szenarien, Forecasts und Entscheidungsvorlagen Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Continous Improvement Prozesse Ihr Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Industrial Engineering, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Kostenkalkulation, Controlling, Einkauf oder Value Engineering, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld Sehr gutes Verständnis von Fertigungsverfahren (z. B. Spritzguss, Stanzen, Schweißen, CNC, Montageprozesse) Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, ERP-Systemen (z. B.
