Job Responsibilities: Diese Position bezieht sich auf MAGNA Energy Storage Systems GmbH, einem Geschäftsbereich von Magna. Das Leistungsspektrum von MAGNA Energy Storage Systems umfasst die Entwicklung und Produktion von Tanksystemen und -komponenten für PKW, Hybrid-, Erdgas- und Wasserstofffahrzeuge und auch LKW. Mit unseren rund 1900 Mitarbeitern an 9 globalen Standorten beliefern wir die Premium-Automobilhersteller mit unseren innovativen Produkten. Für unseren  Standort in Kerpen  suchen wir  ab sofort  Sie als  Linienführer Produktion Automotive (m/w/d) . Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für die Produktion von hochwertigen Erzeugnissen nach Zielvorgaben (qualitativ und quantitativ) Überwachung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Produktionsprozesse an der Linie Einrichten, Rüsten und Justieren der Maschinen und Anlagen sowie Behebung von Störungen gemäß der Produktionsvorgaben Werkzeuge, Maschinen und Anlagen nach Vorgaben kontrollieren und warten Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft der Produktionsanlagen Durchführung von regelmäßigen Qualitätskontrollen, Einleitung und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen Materialfluss optimieren (Identifikation und Beseitigung von Störungen im Materialfluss) Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltvorschriften, sowie der Betriebsordnung Mitwirkung bei der Erreichung der OEE, Einleitung und technische Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Nicht-Zielerreichung Mitarbeit bei allen internen SQTKM-Themen (Sicherheit, Qualität, Termin, Kosten, Mitarbeit) Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter Problemlösung (A3, 5-Why, etc.) Fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitern im laufenden Schichtbetrieb, einschließlich der Überprüfung der Arbeitsergebnisse und der Prozessüberwachung Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Logistik, Instandhaltung etc. Wissen und Ausbildung Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Qualifikation zum Meister oder staatlich geprüften Techniker in einem einschlägigen Fachgebiet oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den oben beschriebenen Aufgaben wünschenswert, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen  Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke Teamfähigkeit Faire Mitarbeiterführung Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht-Arbeit Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
