Job Responsibilities: Über die Rolle: Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort Neuenstadt am Kocher einen Environment, Health and Safety Manager (m/w/d). Was Sie erwartet: Koordination, Kontrolle und Management aller EHS-Belange des Standorts Unterstützung bei Arbeits- und Umweltschutz sowie bei der Unfallverhütung in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit Beratung bei der Planung, Ausführung von Betriebsanlagen, Beschaffung von technischen Arbeitsmitteln sowie der Einführung von Arbeitsverfahren und Arbeitsstoffen Absolvieren von Vor-Ort-Kontrollen sowie die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Risiko- und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen Ermitteln und Beurteilen von arbeitsbedingten Unfall- und Gesundheitsgefahren Überprüfung der Betriebsanlagen und technischer Arbeitsmittel Durchführung von internen EHS-Audits sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Sicherheitsvorschriften Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von externen Audits Ansprechpartner innerhalb und außerhalb des Standortes für alle EHS Themen Kommunikation EHS-relevanter Kennzahlen innerhalb des Standortes und Konzerns Wonach wir suchen: Studium im Bereich Umweltwissenschaften, Sicherheitsingenieurwesen, Arbeitsschutz, Chemie, Umwelttechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnliches Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Fachwissen im Bereich EHS Kenntnisse in Arbeits- und Umweltschutz Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Strukturierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Was wir Ihnen bieten: Kombination aus internationalem Konzern und regionalem Produktionsstandort Dynamisches und aufgeschlossenes Team Diverse Zusatz- und Sozialleistungen wie vermögenswirksame Leistungen, Kindergartenzuschuss und Urlaubsgeld Open Door Kultur Regelmäßige Unternehmensevents Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
