Als Partner des Programm Managers agierst du in einer Schlüsselrolle hinsichtlich der finanziellen Zielerreichung für das zugeordnete Kunden-Programm. Deine Aufgaben: Durchführung des Programms im Einklang mit den festgelegten Zielen gemeinsam mit dem Programm Manager Nachverfolgung von Kosten, Investitionen , Tooling, Launches und der Serienentwicklung sowie der finanziellen Kennzahlen der Programme Durchführung der Cost Studies (Make-or-Buy, Business Case Kalkulationen, Investitionsentscheidungen, etc.) im Zusammenhang mit den jeweiligen Programmen Unterstützung des Business Plan (BP) & Forecast Prozesses sowie Analyse des Einflusses von Programmänderungen auf den BP Unterstützung der Werke und der General Manager bei relevanten strategischen Entscheidungen im Zusammenhang mit den jeweiligen Programmen Laufendes Programm-Reporting und -Controlling der Projektfinanzen (Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche und Abweichungsanalysen), Erstellung von Präsentationen und Vertretung der Zahlen in den Steering Committees Wonach wir suchen: Expertise im Erstellen von Finanzmodellen Ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz Kommunikationsfähigkeit Ganzheitliches, ergebnis- und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln Hohes Maß an Entscheidungs-/Umsetzungsstärke und Selbstmanagement Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Uni/FH/TU) mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder äquivalente Qualifikation Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Finanz-/Controlling Bereichen vorzugsweise in der Automotive Industrie Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel und PowerPoint) und SAP Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Was wir bieten: Bei Magna erwartet dich ein spannendes und dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem du dazu beitragen kannst, marktführende Automobiltechnologien zu entwickeln.
