If you’re passionate about shaping warehouse and logistics capabilities on SAP S/4HANA, this role offers the opportunity to lead design and delivery at enterprise scale. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams and ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality in our SAP landscape.   Major Responsibilities   · Own the end‑to‑end solution architecture for SAP EWM (embedded and/or decentralized), from discovery and fit‑gap through blueprint, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.   · Design robust, scalable warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, internal movements, HU management, RF, yard/door/TU handling; slotting & rearrangement as applicable) and ensure seamless integration with SAP TM, MM, SD, PP, and MES.   · Govern and evolve the global EWM template: champion reuse of proven functionalities, enforce quality gates, and apply Magna governance methods including change management (CHARM) and documentation standards.   · Lead solution workshops with business and plants; translate requirements into architecture artefacts (process maps, integration contracts, data models) and development specifications.   · Oversee delivery across internal teams and partners, perform design/quality reviews, and ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance guidelines.   · Define migration and cutover approaches for master/transactional data; establish monitoring, KPIs, and L3 support handover for steady-state operations.   Knowledge and Education   · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or other similar education/experience.   · Must have experienced knowledge of SAP EWM module and an excellent understanding of manufacturing and warehouse business processes. A comprehensive knowledge of interfaces with other modules such as SAP TM, SD, MM, QM and PP is requested.   · Must be able to communicate in English. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus.   Work Experience   · 10+ years in SAP with 5+ years focused on SAP EWM; 2+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead role.   · 2 or more full-cycle SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA (embedded or decentralized), covering blueprint-to-hypercare.   · Demonstrated experience running global template rollouts and harmonization across multiple plants/regions.   · Track record coordinating multi-vendor delivery, code/config quality reviews, and integration testing at enterprise scale.   · Automotive or complex manufacturing/logistics background preferred   Skills and Competencies   · Expert knowledge of SAP EWM configuration and architecture (inbound/outbound, warehouse control, RF frameworks, HU/pack, wave mgmt., slotting & rearrangement; embedded vs. decentralized design).   · Strong integration skills (IDoc/BAPI/OData/events), experience aligning EWM with TM, SD, MM, PP, and external systems (e.g., scanners/MFS/MES).   · Proven governance mindset: template stewardship, standardization, change & release management (e.g., CHARM), documentation rigor.   · Consulting toolkit: facilitation, stakeholder management, crisp written/visual communication, and the ability to drive decisions.   · Delivery excellence: test strategy (E2E, regression, UAT), performance & reliability thinking, and risk/issue management.   · Language: Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
