Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息 岗位名称： 过程质量主管    所属部门： 质量保证部-质量管理科-过程质量组 汇报关系： 直接上级岗位：质量经理                            直接下级岗位：  过程质量工程师                        二、任职资格 教育程度 ： 本科及以上学历，英语能作为工作语言；  工科专业，机械、汽车类专业优先； 工作经验 ： 5年以上质量管理及客户质量方面工作经验 ； 具备出色的人际交往能力，能够有效地与团队成员沟通并带领团队； 具备解决问题的能力以及基本的统计技术知识； 有过大众工作或大众客户管理经验优先。 专业 技能 要求 ： 1 、 理解公司质量体系 2、掌握制造流程和流程控制知识 3、掌握质量工具知识，熟练掌握8D 4、分析变速箱失效的技术能力 5、熟悉使用办公软件及统计软件 能力要求 ： 1 、 熟悉公司的工艺流程、变速器及零件的工作原理； 2、具备较强的质量管理能力，较强的组织、协调能力及沟通能力等。 其他特殊要求 ： * 如有相关工作经验或者 表现 优 异 ，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 四、主要岗位职责 ．过程 质量保证： 1）在工厂的所有运营领域中，实施以数据为依据、注重统计分析的、积极主动的、以客户为中心的质量管理体系。通过这种方式，我们可以确保零客户投诉，并持续降低因产品质量问题而产生的成本。 2）对在生产线/机器停机、重新定位或维护后恢复运行的生产线进行充分的验证 3）进行废料分析，并编制月度废料报告，推动采取纠正/改进措施，以保持良好的COPQ指标 4）定期编制CPK报告，并针对不合格的工艺能力提出相应的改进措施 5）在制造过程中正确实施了SPC/MSA标准 ． 过程管理： 负责并组织管理区域FTQ/不合格品问题的处理； 参加FTQ评审/会议； 与SQM，进货检验一同协调影响区域的外购件质量问题的处理； 负责并组织针对质量问题的围堵和纠正措施的实施 ； 参与提高下线质量水平，支持NVH和换挡性能的下线评审 ； 通过培训和审核，确保SPC的正确实施 ； 参与本职工作范围内与装配有关的问题解决会议； 8）确保问题解决会议上讨论的ICA和PCA的有效和持续实施； 3 ． 过程审核 / 产品审核： 审核管辖区域，作为LPA审核系统的一部分； 参与解决快反会议上的问题，采取过程识别的措施； 负责工厂管辖的过程审核； 审核产品/过程审核的月度计划和年度计划； 参与工厂质量的年度过程审核； 跟进不同层面的过程审核中问题点的纠正措施的有效实施 ； 4 ． 新项目： 1）参与新项目的PFMEA的评审 ； 2）签署本职责范围内的新项目FMEA和控制计划 ,参与LRR评审/会议 ； 按新项目要求组织过程审核及全尺寸检测，并提供审核报告和新产品检测报告和Ppk；协助新购设备的验收； 快反及问题解决小组 ： 1）支持日常快反活动 ； 2）参与8D或者六西格玛问题解决小组； 6. 过程变更： 负责过程和产品变更的质量评估； 参与过程和设计变更的FMEA评审； 评审过程/产品变更的控制计划； 7.0 公里及售后问题解决： 1）与驻场工程师一起处理客户方出现的质量问题。 2）负责解决客户的质量问题，并编制8D报告 3）与客户合作，共同推进内部流程的优化改进。 8. 体系管理 1）参与过程控制体系文件的编制； 2）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 3）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 9 ．领导交办的其他业务 1）建立一支积极性高、能力出众且技术娴熟的质量管理团队，明确各岗位的职责，避免职责重叠； 2）通过制定基于技能的培训计划、制定备用方案以及进行继任规划，将组织绩效维持在最佳水平； 3）组织并对一线检验员/团队领导进行培训，以确保他们具备所需的能力。 10 ．领导交办的其他业务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
