Job Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: Proficient in CAD software Catia V5.  Responsible for designing of Foam pads considering manufacturing & tooling feasibility.  Knowledge of trim cover development, types of trim attachments.  Knowledge of foam manufacturing, testing methods.  Knowledge of complete seat for foam design.  Knowledge of plastics  Knowledge of global regulations & OEM requirements studies.  Responsible to meet customer’s deliverables with effective utilization of team.  Good communication skills-written and verbal. Knowledge of data management best practices.
