Job Responsibilities: We are seeking motivated Accounts Payable Associates to join our new Shared Service Center team. You will support Magna in optimizing global financial operations in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, and contributing to the harmonization of AP processes across countries such as Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, and Switzerland. Main Duties Process vendor invoices and execute payments in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to Accounts Payable Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Procurement, Controlling, HR, IT) Contribute to documentation and standardization of AP procedures Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding AP transactions   Education Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration Work Experience Initial experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting preferred Experience in a Shared Service Center or international environment is a plus   Skills Strong attention to detail and affinity for numbers Hands-on mentality and proactive approach Team player with good communication skills Structured and independent working style Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and MS Office (especially Excel) Good English skills (written and oral); German or other languages beneficial  Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
