Notre site web :   https://www.stanleyblackanddecker.com 🚀   RESPONSABILITÉS / MISSIONS   : Membre du Comité de Direction Site, le Responsable Qualité a pour principales missions de : Piloter le SMQ (Système de Management de la Qualité), maintenir la certification ISO 9001 et conduire le processus d'amélioration continue Coordonner et superviser les indicateurs qualité Contribuer à la réduction des coûts de non-qualité Piloter l’atteinte des objectifs qualité lors du développement des nouveaux produits et au sein des projets de productivité ou d’intégration de nouveaux processus de fabrication. Qualification des processus de fabrication (PPAP) Garantir la sécurité et la fiabilité des produits fabriqués en s'assurant, par la mise en place de procédures de contrôle/de maîtrise du produit, réalisation et enregistrement des contrôles qualité, qu'ils répondent aux exigences de qualité définies par le Groupe et la réglementation en vigueur Maitriser les produits non-conformes, conduire les actions correctives et préventives Contribuer activement à l’amélioration de la capabilité et contrôles des processus de fabrication Développer l'utilisation des outils qualité et mise en place de technologies proactives de maitrise et contrôle des processus de fabrication (Contrôle Automatisé, Contrôle Temps Réel, MSP, Système Anti-Erreur, …) Veiller à la satisfaction Client (Quality Always). Gérer les réclamations clients Manager l'équipe qualité (3 personnes) 🚀   PROFIL RECHERCHE   : Formation Ingénieur, au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction Qualité.
