Job Responsibilities: Estamos com oportunidade aberta para Aprendiz de Manufatura , que irá atuar no suporte às rotinas produtivas, análise de processos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua, contribuindo para os resultados de Segurança, Qualidade, Entrega e Custo. Principais atividades: • Participar da análise de problemas utilizando ferramentas como MASP e 8D ; • Levantar e analisar dados para apoio à tomada de decisão em processos de manufatura; • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais; • Apoiar a implementação e manutenção dos programas 5S e Manutenção Autônoma ; • Dar suporte à estrutura de treinamentos operacionais; • Participar do programa de sugestões e iniciativas de melhoria contínua; • Contribuir com ideias que impactem positivamente em Segurança, Qualidade, Entrega e Custo ; • Apoiar o cumprimento dos objetivos e requisitos de certificações (Q1, TS 16949, ISO 14000, Ergonomia, entre outros); • Desenvolver as atividades de forma segura, incentivando boas práticas de segurança no ambiente de trabalho; • Identificar, reportar e atuar preventivamente em situações de risco; • Cumprir as normas legais e internas relacionadas a Meio Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho ; • Utilizar corretamente os EPI’s , zelando por sua conservação; • Participar de treinamentos de Sistema de Gestão Ambiental (Nível I) , com foco nos aspectos e impactos ambientais; • Atuar conforme os procedimentos de SHE , identificando riscos e oportunidades, reportando indicadores e garantindo o cumprimento das diretrizes estabelecidas pela empresa.
