Your role We are looking for a Cybersecurity Cyber Analyst based in our Malaga office , a key team in our technology ecosystem. This area is responsible for governance (policies and frameworks), risk management, and compliance with internal and external requirements, as well as reporting and supporting awareness initiatives within Santander Corporate and Investment Banking (SCIB). ‍Your main tasks will be: Assessing, monitoring and mitigating cybersecurity risks related to vendors and external partners. This includes conducting security due diligence, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and supporting remediation activities where needed. Supervising the execution of controls across different domains, challenging their effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement . You will ensure that controls are aligned with internal policies and best practices, providing recommendations to strengthen the overall security posture of SCIB. Developing dashboards and reports that enable effective internal monitoring. This includes consolidating data from different sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency and providing clear insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. What you’ll bring You’re sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments, as well as having an interest in better understanding the risks faced by the Bank. In addition to developing your technical skills, you should also be interested in improving your soft skills If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV: Engineering degree (other studies could also be considered). Fluency in English at B2 level or above is required. Strong goal orientation and attention to detail. Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across different geographies. The following would also be great... To hold a cybersecurity certification issued by recognized organizations such as ISO, ISACA or ISC. Experience with Power BI and Python is considered an asset. What is the Be Tech! experience like?
