Job Responsibilities: What you can expect Design and implement scalable HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle etc.) to ensure a seamless employee experience Support workforce planning by maintaining accurate org data, headcount reports, and HR metrics dashboards Own and optimize HRIS workflows (e.g. Workday) ensuring data accuracy and process compliance Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are fully integrated, informed, and productive quickly Manage employee documentation with strict attention to compliance Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies and procedures providing timely, empathetic support Support employee relations by tracking cases, preparing documentation, and partnering with HRBPs on resolutions Assist with HR projects such as engagement surveys, policy updates, recognition programs, and change initiatives Represent the company at internal briefings and external employer branding or university events, as needed What you’ll bring 3+ years similar experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-moving environments Ability to quickly learn tools and processes, and understand the nuances of different roles and teams Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Exceptional attention to detail, comfort with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Excel for reporting and analysis What we offer Flexible working hours and remote work Health programs, sports and team events An extensive training program and exciting internal development opportunities Meal allowance Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
