The Job: As an HR Advisor, you will be part of our ANZ HR Team, working to deliver HR initiatives and strategies aligned with company objectives. Your duties will include: Building local HR strategies that align with departmental goals to ensure delivery of successful outcomes. Partnering with the leadership team and other key internal stakeholders on employee cost management initiatives. Providing hands-on HR operational support and coaching. Driving engagement initiatives to ensure strong, positive employee relations. Supporting site managers, interpreting awards/EBAs, administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems. Training and supporting managers on performance management and disciplinary procedures. Conducting induction programs with new starters. In fact, you embrace it. You will also have: Previous HR Experience in a warehousing or distribution environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Awards and EBAs Exposure working in a large, fast paced environment.
