Job Responsibilities: #MagnaNextGen - Effektive Ideen entstehen durch neue Perspektiven Bist du an bahnbrechenden Technologien und neuesten zukunftsweisenden Entwicklungen in der Automobilindustrie interessiert?  Möchtest du schon während deiner Ausbildung Magna-Luft schnuppern? Wir kooperieren intensiv mit Aus- und Weiterbildungseinrichtungen aller Ebenen, von der   HTL bis zur Fachhochschule/Universität,   um Student_innen bereits während der Ausbildung die spannende Magna-Welt näher zu bringen. Wir bieten hiermit die Möglichkeit einer   Initiativbewerbung für Student_innen mit flexibel gestaltbaren Varianten der Zusammenarbeit: Bachelor/Masterarbeiten/HTL-Diplomarbeiten Neben den auf unserem Jobportal ausgeschriebenen konkreten Themen für Abschlussarbeiten laden wir dich dazu ein, eigene Themenvorschläge in Form dieser Initiativbewerbung zu übermitteln. Für das Verfassen einer Masterarbeit erhältst du ein monatliches Honorar von brutto  € 700,-- für eine Bachelorarbeit brutto € 450,--, HTL-Diplomarbeiten werden mit brutto € 300,--/Monat honoriert.    FH-Pflichtpraktika Bei einem FH-Pflichtpraktikum arbeitest du an spannenden Engineeringprojekten aktiv und praxisnah mit. Gerne bieten wir auch die Möglichkeit, ein FH-Pflichtpraktikum mit einer Abschlussarbeit zu verbinden. Entlohnung: laut  Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie erhältst du brutto € 1.911,- / Monat. Werkstudententätigkeiten Als Werkstudent_in kannst du bei uns bei flexibler Zeiteinteilung neben dem Studium sukzessive berufliche Erfahrungen aufbauen und die Zukunft der Automobilindustrie aktiv mitgestalten. Da wir unsere Arbeitskräfte von morgen schon heute kennenlernen möchten, sind wir laufend auf der Suche nach Werkstudent_innen   im Ausmaß von 8-20 Wochenstunden . Auch hier besteht die Möglichkeit die Tätigkeit mit einer Abschlussarbeit (Bachelor/Master) zu kombinieren. Die Zusammenarbeit beruht auf Basis „freier Dienstnehmer“. Der Stundensatz beträgt mind. EUR 17,50. Dieser kann je nach Erfahrung und Wissen erhöht werden. Das bringst du mit Laufendes technisches Studium an einer FH oder Universität (Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Informatik,…)  Kommunikative und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und Teamgeist  Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise  Verlässlichkeit und Genauigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse    Das bieten wir Bei uns wird die DU-Kultur sowie flache Hierarchien gelebt.
