Job Responsibilities: Hintergrund Für die effiziente Entwicklung von Wechselrichtern (Inverter) in Elektrofahrzeugen ist eine Unterstützung mit diversen Berechnungsmethoden notwendig. Im Zuge der Entwicklung einer solchen Komponenten ist die Betriebsfestigkeit ein wesentlicher Baustein bei der Auslegung. Diese wird, unter Verwendung der modalen Spannungen und modalen Koordinaten mit der Software FEMFAT sowohl für Grundmaterial als auch für die in den Bauteilen vorhandenen Fügungen beurteilt. Für die typischerweise verwendeten Laserschweißungen der sogenannten Busbars gibt es in FEMFAT Datenbanken für die Bewertung mit „Solidweld“ (Feature in FEMFAT), welche entsprechend Probentests adaptiert wurden. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, diese Bewertungsmethodik mit der sogenannten Radaj Methode zu vergleichen, entsprechende Schwachstellen und Unsicherheiten zu detektieren und wenn möglich zu verbessern. Ziel dieser Arbeit Die vorhandenen Datenbanken sollen mit der Radaj Methode (Feinmodellierung der Schweißnahtkerben) verglichen werden. Des Weiteren soll mittels Parameterstudie überprüft werden, ob mit geänderter Modellierung, der im allgemeinen gröber vernetzten Solidwelds oder durch Variation der FEMFAT internen Parameter ein verbesserter Abgleich zwischen Probentests und Simulation erreicht werden kann. Außerdem sollen für bislang noch nicht abgestimmte Verbindungsformen sowohl die mögliche Modellierung als auch die Prüfung von Proben geplant werden. Mit Hilfe vorab durchgeführter FE-Simulationen und unter Berücksichtigung möglicher Fertigungstoleranzen soll dabei das Prüfprogramm möglichst klein gehalten werden.
