Job Responsibilities: REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO Escolaridad: Mínimo Secundaria ( Obligatoria) Experiencia: Manejo de Personal y Conocimientos en áreas de producción automotriz Conocimientos: Cumplimiento de los estándares, programas de producción y embarques. Seguimiento   en la generación de productos de calidad para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente, dirigiendo al personal operativo hacia el mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos de producción al cumplimiento de objetivos. Competencias Técnicas: • Manejo Herramientas Manuales (Taladros, remachadora, orbital, pulidora manual, etc.) • Computación básica • Liderazgo SAP Principales tareas y responsabilidades: • Seguimiento a programas de producción para asegurar estándares y cumplimiento. • Participar en la planeación y arranques de producción y pintura. • Administrar las incidencias del personal. • Apoyo en la producción y áreas donde se requiera. ( Inyección, moldeo, ensamble y pintura ) • Motivar al personal, para incentivar la colaboración de sus equipos. • Participación en el proceso disciplinario de su personal a cargo. • Mantener en condiciones óptimas los sistemas DATA Collector , MES, impresoras, computadoras, escáner y pantallas. • Cumplir con objetivos de Calidad del producto. • Ejecución de LPAs, Checklist de seguridad, TPM, Puntas Estrella, Checklist SW. • Monitoreo del personal a su cargo en base a su matriz de habilidades. • Solicitud de materias y componentes en Kiosko y validación de recibo en SAP. • Conteos cíclicos de materias primas, WIP’s y componentes • Capturar reportes de producción y pintura. • Entrenamiento y desarrollo del personal a cargo, usando técnicas de TWI • Planes de acción para la mejora continua de las operaciones y de las áreas de trabajo. • Liderear y asegurar el cumplimiento de los formatos de punta estrella.
