The Job: As Senior Analyst, you’ll be part of our IT Manufacturing team, working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and challenges. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications with cross-functional teams. Analyze business processes and systems to align IT solutions with business goals. Ensure business and technical requirements are met throughout project delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing technology issues promptly. Prepare and deliver end-user documentation and training materials. Oversee system integration and user acceptance testing for projects. Stay current with manufacturing IT trends and technologies. Coordinate with software and service providers to deliver and maintain manufacturing IT solutions. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in IT Manufacturing processes and shopfloor applications. Proven experience as a .NET Architect or Software Architect, preferably in manufacturing. Strong proficiency with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core). Extensive experience with SQL Server, including database design and optimization. Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Experience with MES and ERP systems (SAP, QAD, or Infor) is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.
