Deine Aufgaben Führung und Entwicklung des Instandhaltungsteams Lackierung Verantwortung für dessen Qualifikation/Training Sicherstellung der vollen Verfügbarkeit der Lackieranlage Management der relevanten Instandhaltungsprozesse Überwachung technischer Systeme, Maschinen und Ausrüstungen und entsprechende Dokumentation Definition von Wartungsplänen nach TPM sowie Durchführung der Wartungen und Analyse der Zielerfüllung Betreuung externer Firmen Steuerung und Kontrolle der Instandhaltungskosten und -budgets I nitialisierung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Verbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung der Lackieranlage Ständige Verbesserung der Instandhaltungsprozesse Kontrolle und Durchsetzung der Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, technisches Studium oder einen Abschluss als Meister/ Techniker sind von Vorteil  Du besitzt eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, einen hohen Grad an Eigenmotivation und Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Organisationsstärke Du kannst Teams zielorientiert leiten und hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Führungskraft  Du kennst TPM Standards einer vorbeugenden Wartung und Instandhaltung Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich moderner Reparaturtechnologien und Analysemethoden  Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen  Standort Benefits Intensive Einarbeitung durch   einen persönlichen Paten Entwicklungs- und Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten Regelmäßige   Mitarbeiter- und Teamevents   für unseren Teamspirit Prämienpunktesystem mit der   Sachbezugskarte & Job Rad Offene   Unternehmenskultur DU WILLST ZU UNS GEHÖHREN? – KOMM AUF UNSERE ÜBERHOLSPUR!
