​ Stanley Black & Decker is a world-leading provider of tools and storage and engineered fastening systems, with a track record of sustained profitable global growth. As part of our NA transportation/Logistics procurement team, you would be responsible for our 3PL warehousing category and support in productivity projects, supply chain optimizations and tenders (RFQ). In addition, you’ll manage all 3PL warehousing partners in the Americas region, conduct periodic performance and business reviews, and support all internal stakeholders in day-to-day requirements. Main responsibilities: Launch 3PL warehousing tenders (RFQ), calculate offers and present results to the business From a procurement point of view, you take the lead in warehousing negotiations and manage 3PL contracting, in close coordination with operations, legal, finance and IT teams Develop a strong network of strategic logistic partners in the Americas region Look for warehousing optimizations by arranging face-to-face meetings / conference calls with local SBD entities to support and understand their needs Lead productivity and working capital improvement projects Serve as the go-to person and support the business on daily bases, looking for external storage capacity, 3PL integrated warehousing solutions and/or cross-dock set-ups  Set-up KPI dashboards and facilitate performance/business reviews with 3PL partners Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), a standardized Master Services Agreement (MSA) and reporting for 3PL warehouse activities Work closely with other transportation and warehousing procurement teammates on integrated supply chain projects  Requirements: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field Minimum 2 years of work experience or knowledge in Contract Logistics/Warehousing Analytical, planning, project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Experience in contract negotiation; knowledge of legal and insurance aspects is a plus A team player with interpersonal and strong communications skills in English (other languages are a plus) Self-starter with ability to work independently, prioritizing workloads & multi-tasking Hands-on, winner mentality, negotiation skills Evidence of decision-making and problem-solving skills Works well in high-pressure & demanding environments Strong PC/systems skills especially Excel and PowerPoint; ERP proficiency a plus Willing to travel within the region (10%) We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
