Job Responsibilities: Für unseren Standort in Heilbad Heiligenstadt suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort einen Werkzeugmacher (m/w/x) im Bereich Presswerk. Am Standort in Heilbad Heiligenstadt liegt das Kerngeschäft im Zieh-, Press- und Stanzbereich sowie in der Fertigung von Schweißbaugruppen für die Automobilindustrie. Mehr als 300 Mitarbeitende setzen sich für unsere Kunden ein. Was du bei uns bewegst: Du übernimmst das Bedienen und Einrichten von Werkzeugmaschinen . Du prüfst die Wirksamkeit der Schutzeinrichtungen von Werkzeugmaschinen. Du bedienst den Brückenkran zum Handling von Coils und Werkzeugen bis zu einer Traglast von 40t. Du führst die Kranprüfung durch und dokumentierst diese. Du analysierst Werkzeugausfälle und Fehler und behebst Störungen. Du führst Reparaturschweißungen an Werkzeugformen und Schnittelementen sowie die Wärmebehandlung von Werkzeugstählen durch. Du übernimmst Qualitätsprüfungen bei gefertigten Bauteilen. Du arbeitest aktiv bei Werkzeugoptimierungen mit. Du übernimmst Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie die Einarbeitung von Werkzeugen. Was uns überzeugt: Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d). Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Werkzeugbau sammeln. Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis mit. Profil ab. Du hast Erfahrungen im WIG, MAG und E-Handschweißen sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Gasdruckfedern . Du hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse , bist zuverlässig und arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst . Flexibilität und Teamgeist runden Dein Profil ab.
