Job Responsibilities: POSITION OVERVIEW Support the HR department with monthly presentations, employee relations, benefits, training, and gain knowledge of day-to-day within the HR department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Create monthly meetings and present to employees · Employee relations, benefits, HRIS · Support the HR department as needed QUALIFICATIONS: · Understanding of HIPAA & human resource daily activities EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: · High School Diploma · Currently Attending a College or University · HR Internship SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS: · Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Professional Communication skills (written and verbal) · Self Motivated, Quick Learning, Hard Worker PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT: · Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer. · Fast Paced Environment Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
