THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Santander is looking for a Litigation Advisor Legal Analyst based in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). In this role, you will support and advisory services for the litigation area, financial crime compliance, cybersecurity, security and intelligence, and legal risk. We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, advanced analytics, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Monitoring and coordination of litigation and investigations affecting the corporation. Legal advice, both pre-litigation and litigation-related to the different functions and business areas. Monitoring and coordination of other legal contingencies and legal risk at Group level. Assistance and support to the various committees and forums related to the function. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Our people are our greatest strength. Professional Experience 3–5 years of experience in litigation area, financial crime compliance, cybersecurity, security and intelligence or similars. (Required) Education Bachelor’s degree in legal (Required) Additional degrees (Business Administration, Computer Science, Financial Crime etc.) will be valued. English C1 (Required) Hard Skills Litigation (Required) Procedural law (Required) Dispute resolution / contentious proceedings (Required) Full proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel & PowerPoint) (Required) Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and execution skills Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders Proactive mindset with ownership of deliverables Strong teamwork skills Ability to interact effectively with clients and a wide range of stakeholders Well-balanced, practical profile with a strong ability to perform in demanding environments High adaptability to change, new people, and different contexts Proactive attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and work WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT Your contribution matters , and it’s recognized.
