De functie Je beheert je eigen regio en bezoekt zowel grote winkelketens als zelfstandige dealers die zich richten op professionele eindgebruikers. Je realiseert omzetgroei door slimme planning, sterke relaties en commerciële initiatieven. Je vergroot de zichtbaarheid in de winkels, zorgt voor optimale merchandising en geeft producttrainingen aan winkelpersoneel. Je volgt de prestaties op, beheert promoties en werkt nauw samen met interne teams voor commercieel succes. Competenties & Skills Je hebt een commerciële achtergrond in B2C of B2B en je bent een uitstekende onderhandelaar; Je kan dan ook buigen over een aantal jaar retail of commerciële ervaring; Je bent sterk in het bouwen van relaties; Je hebt affiniteit met techniek; Je hebt cijfermatig inzicht; Je gaat probleem oplossend te werk en je kan prioriteiten stellen; Je bent leergierig en volgt de productontwikkelingen van Stanley Black & Decker en onze concurrenten op de voet; Je kan onder druk werken en sales targets schrikken je niet af; Je hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit en je bent een doorzetter. Wij vragen MBO/HBO diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring; Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig middenin je toegewezen regio; Minimaal 1-2 jaar werkervaring in een technisch- commerciële functie; Passie voor technische producten; Kennis van MS office; Een geldig rijbewijs.
